Kenneth McLaughlin Director of Operations

Kenneth McLaughlin Director of Operations

Kenneth has 20 years of experience in the wireless and wireline telecommunication industries.  He is a customer-focused business development leader with demonstrated success in driving revenue, profitability, and account management. He is skilled in advocating solutions, garnering cross-functional support, and facilitating decision-making in complex situations. Kenneth joined SiteSafe in 2014 as an account manager and has served in increasing roles including program manager, and currently director of operations.  In his current role, he is leading the field operations and technical reporting teams with a focus on quality and profitability.

Prior to joining SiteSafe, Kenneth held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) and American Tower which focused on driving new revenue while increasing profitability.  Previous positions included sales (sales engineering, account management, business development) and post-sales (network engineering, program management).

Kenneth received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Anthony Handley Director of Engineering

Anthony Handley Director of Engineering

Anthony is a seasoned RF engineer having spent 15 years with a consulting firm supporting the major wireless carriers with the development of their networks and all RF compliance/regulatory matters prior to joining Site Safe, LLC in 2019. He is experienced in a wide range of RF compliance matters, including EME studies, interference analyses, field testing, FAA/FCC coordination, and AM studies. Additionally, Anthony has appeared as an RF expert on behalf of the major wireless carriers and tower companies in 100+ municipalities in various states. He currently oversees all RF compliance related services performed by SiteSafe.

Anthony received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University.

Clinton Bagley National Director of Accounts

Clinton Bagley began his career with SiteSafe in 2019 as the National Director of Sales. Clinton works to improve the sales process, increase RF compliance market share, and expand services across new and existing clients nationwide. Prior to joining SiteSafe Clinton worked in Wireline Telecommunications for 20+ years. A veteran in the industry  with multiple year as a top performer with local and regional awards.  His key responsibilities were business development and project execution.

Clinton earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Salisbury University. Clinton has been essential to SiteSafe’s growing success.
