Neil Manning Vice President & General Manager

Neil Manning Vice President & General Manager

Neil Manning has been at the forefront of the wireless industry for over 20 years with several industry leading organizations. He joined FDH Velocitel in January 2016 as vice president and general manager, leading the Small Cell and SiteSafe business units. In this role, Neil provides the strategic vision and operational leadership to drive the commercial and program management needs of the business.

Prior to joining FDH Velocitel, Neil successfully led several commercial organizations at Corning Optical Communications (previously MobileAccess) and Sprint Nextel during a time of rapid growth in wireless solution deployments. Key roles included vice president of sales development, vice president OEM sales, vice president worldwide sales operations, and national sales director. In these roles, he drove enterprise and indirect sales, strategy development, go-to-market planning, and VAR (value-added reseller) programs.

Neil earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, NY) and holds an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA).

Sabrina Newson Vice President of Sales & Business Operations

Sabrina Newson Vice President of Sales & Business Operations

Sabrina Newson has been in the telecom industry for over 19 years, holding a variety of positions in both operations and sales. As the vice president of sales and business operations, she maintains a focus on RF Regulatory Compliance sales, while leading the operations organization to provide on-time quality deliverables.

Sabrina first started at Crown Castle’s Site Acquisition division before moving on to regional sales roles, joining SiteSafe in 2003 in the west and subsequently midwest regions. She continued her sales career with Waterford Consultants nationally and with Mobilitie in the northeast region. Sabrina expanded her experience with a more operations-centric role with EBI Consulting, where she managed regulatory compliance services for a portfolio of over 14,000 sites, before returning to SiteSafe in 2013 as the vice president of sales and marketing.

She holds an international baccalaureate with mention in literature and a bachelor’s degree in business management with a marketing minor.

Noel Garcia Vice President of Engineering & Field Operations

Noel Garcia Vice President of Engineering & Field Operations

Noel brings 25 years of engineering and operations experience in the wireless industry. Having joined SiteSafe in August of 2016 as vice president of engineering and field operations, Noel is responsible for the delivery of RF compliance engineering and Small Cell and DAS RF engineering services.

Prior to joining SiteSafe, Noel was the key technical lead for multiple organizations at H&M Networks, Sprint Nextel, CommScope, and LCCI. Key roles included director of engineering, national engineering manager, regional engineering and operations manager, and principal consultant. Noel has successfully built and led teams in the design and optimization of DAS and small cell for large venues including various sports venues, campuses, high-rise building and other complex systems. He has also successfully led teams in the deployment of networks for key customers from initial design to construction and network optimization.

Noel earned his BS degree in electronics and communications engineering at Saint Louis University in the Philippines.

Tiffany Gobbi Director of Program Development

Tiffany Gobbi Director of Program Development

Tiffany’s experience spans 18 years in the wireless and telecom industries. In June 2016 she joined SiteSafe as director of program development for the SiteSafe and Small Cell business units, driving the optimization of current service offerings while developing the methodologies, internal infrastructure, and KPIs to support the launch of new service offerings.

Before joining SiteSafe, Tiffany led several operations teams for Sprint, Nextel Communications, and H&M Networks, specializing in DAS and in-building networks. Her scope of leadership roles has included regional and national sales/solutions engineering, project management, solution deployment, and business operations. In her roles she focused on building and developing strategies, teams, and processes to support dynamic business needs.

Tiffany earned her B.A. in English from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, and has held a PMP certification since November 2014.
